Users may create an account in the mobile app by providing their name and email address to Vibras. Account creation is only necessary to like posts, save events or report content.

Users have the option to upload a profile photo in the mobile app at their own discretion. A profile photo is not required for using the app.

When you interact with our Telegram bot, we only store your first name and chat history. This information is used solely to understand user preferences and enhance your experience with event recommendations and responses.

Vibras does not collect, store, or share user data with third parties for marketing or analytics purposes. The app does not track user behavior.

User data is stored securely and protected through reasonable organizational, technical, and physical security measures to prevent unauthorized access or breaches.

Vibras complies with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and other applicable data protection laws.

Users may request deletion of their data, and Vibras will retain user data for up to one year following such a request before permanent deletion.

Limitation of Liability: Vibras is not liable for any damages, losses, or harm resulting from unauthorized access, data breaches, or failures of third-party services used by the app, including but not limited to MongoDB and Firebase. While Vibras implements reasonable security measures, users acknowledge that no system is entirely secure. Vibras shall not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.
