Terms and Conditions

1. Only event organizers are permitted to create social events and posts within the Vibras app.
2. All users are strictly prohibited from posting or sharing content that contains hate speech, nudity, or political propaganda.
3. Organizers must obtain the consent of individuals appearing in any promotional posts before publishing them.
4. Content posted within the app must be relevant to social dancing. Any unrelated content will be removed.
5. The Vibras app may only be used by organizers to promote their own social dance events or dance classes. Promotion of other types of events is not permitted.
6. Users are prohibited from reverse engineering, spamming, hacking, or attempting to disrupt the normal operation of the app or the experience of other users.
7. Organizers are fully responsible for managing their own events, including communication, mediation, and resolution of any disputes or issues that arise between themselves and the users. Vibras performs due diligence in verifying all organizers on the platform but will not be involved in resolving any disputes between organizers and users. However, Vibras reserves the right to take action against organizers by limiting or suspending their access to the platform if necessary.
8. Any content that violates these terms may be removed. Users who repeatedly or severely violate these terms may be permanently banned from the app.
9. Organizers found in violation of these terms and conditions may have their accounts banned at the sole discretion of Vibras.
10. Vibras reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notification to users. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
