  Vibras is an app designed for social dancers to discover and book socials seamlessly. It also helps event organizers manage bookings efficiently.

• How do I become an organizer on Vibras?

  If you run social dance events/workshops and would like to use Vibras, fill this form .

For Dancers

• How to sign up for socials?

  You must be signed in to book for a social. This is a measure to protect against spam.

  1. Go to Socials and select the social you would like to sign up for
  2. Choose the pass that you would like to buy
  3. Fill up your contact information and your role (lead or follow)
  4. Download the QR and import in your PayNow/PayLah App.
  5. Upload screenshot of PayNow transaction.

• What if I did not upload a payment screenshot?

  As long as you submitted your details in the previous step, the organizer will be able to view your booking. You may contact the organizer to verify your booking.

• How to get refund for a booking?

  Vibras only facilitates the booking between dancers and organizers. Contact the respective organizers for disputes or refunds.

• How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

  When the organizer confirms your booking, you will receive a push notification. Or you can check the status under Profile>Socials. Tap on the booking to check its status.

For Organizers

• What are the 3 date and time fields to create a social?

  1. Booking Close - the date and time when pre-bookings close for a social. You can edit this to prematurely close bookings.
  2. Start - the date and time at which the event starts.
  3. End - the date and time at which the event ends.

• Can I view/export the booking data?

  Yes, tap on the social. Tap on View Attendees. You will see the list of attendees. If you wish to export the data as an excel sheet, tap on Share Bookings.
